Montgomery Christian Academy was organized in 1984 as a ministry of First Assembly of God and is a private, interdenominational school.
MCA uses the A.C.E. (Accelerated Christian Education) curriculum in all grades, Pre-K through 12th grade. The mission of an A.C.E. school is to provide the educational tools for training children to love God and applying Biblical principles to every aspect of life. By integrating Bible memory and Godly character-building lessons into the curriculum, children learn to see the world from God's point of view.
MCA has some of the finest teachers that can be found anywhere. They will give your child love and support as well as a quality education. In recent years, studies have shown that only 25 percent of today's students learn effectively from conventional teaching methods. The A.C.E. curriculum utilizes a successful, innovative, individualized approach to learning. By assessing students' individual academic skills, they are placed at their exact skill levels. After correct placement, they begin mastery of their tailored curriculum.
